1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at cybersafesolutions.ca or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services Provided
Cyber Safe Solutions provides business automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:
- Automated lead follow-up systems
- Missed-call revenue recovery automation
- Appointment booking automation
- Customer reactivation campaigns
- AI customer service automation
- Sales pipeline and workflow optimization
3. Service Engagement
3.1 Consultation
All projects begin with a strategy consultation to determine scope, requirements, and feasibility. No obligation is created until a formal service agreement is executed.
3.2 Implementation
Service implementation timelines and deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and payment schedules will be specified in your service agreement. Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary systems, accounts, and information
- Respond to requests for information within reasonable timeframes
- Designate an authorized contact person for project decisions
- Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials we provide
- Use automation systems in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms of service
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Client Content
You retain all rights to your business content, customer data, and proprietary information.
5.2 Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom automation workflows, templates, and configurations created specifically for your business. Pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components remain the property of Cyber Safe Solutions.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1 Service Quality
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards.
6.2 Results
While we implement proven automation strategies, we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or conversion rates. Results vary based on numerous factors including your industry, offer, market conditions, and implementation.
6.3 Third-Party Platforms
Our services may utilize third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of third-party platforms beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities
8. Data and Privacy
We handle client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your business and customer data.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province where Cyber Safe Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability
